Cody Baxter is a Boorooberongul, Darug woman who studied a Bachelor of Laws at Charles Darwin University in 2017. She is now a graduate lawyer with the Prisoners Legal Service at Legal Aid NSW through the Bob Bellear Legal Career Pathways Graduate Program.

Matthew Richters is a former Graduate at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications (Road Safety Policy and Communications, Office of Road Safety Branch, Surface Transport Division, Infrastructure and Surface Transport).

My current rotation is with the Stakeholder Engagement Team. I support the Engagement Partners mainly with client notifications.

I love that the work I get to be part of creates real and tangible value for people in my organisation and enables them to be even more effective in their work.

I have weekly catch-ups with this colleague where we generally go through topics/material of my choice.

This is probably my favourite component of the ATO Graduate Program – the abundant training available and encouragement from all around to take every opportunity to learn and grow!
