Beth Kynaston – Graduate Graduate in Plant Biosecurity Studied at the Deakin University and the University of Newcastle, completed a Bachelor of Zoology and Animal Science and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Sustainability in 2019.

Bex Dunn graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Naval Architecture) from the University of New South Wales and Bachelor of Marine Science (Physical Oceanography) from University of Tasmania.

My team prefers to have our morning meeting over coffee. We’ll catch up and discuss what work we all have on that day and any priorities.

As a graduate at the ANAO your insights are valued by others in the team. I use these meetings as an excellent learning opportunity to gain insights into others’ perspectives on analysis and on performance auditing in general.

I have been allocated a new task that requires a review of staff working patterns across numerous groups and divisions in the agency. I open my trusty spreadsheets and work on this throughout the day between meetings.

Cassandra Heffernan studied Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) and is a Human Systems Scientist at the Department of Defence.

Since my normal day usually involves new tasks popping up throughout the day by completing urgent and quick tasks in the morning, I find it much easier to manage my workload as the day progresses and I pick up competing priorities.

Charlie Light studied Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor or Arts (History/American Studies) at the Australian National University and is a Lawyer at Attorney-General's Department (AGD).
