Xenia Keighley is a Graduate at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications.

I’m enjoying the work and one of my key projects is developing a new program... The aim of this is to provide students with a good experience working in aged care so that they are more likely to return to the sector after they graduate.

Head into the Darwin office, check my emails and get organised for a few days out of the office. I’ve been working on a few different grant agreements, so I check for any updates from the providers and anything that needs to be sorted before we head off.

In each rotation, we are provided with a variety of learning opportunities to expand our knowledge and gain new skills within the team.
