Meredith [00:00:07] So we're looking for candidates that have an interest in meaningful work serving the Australian community. For our digital programmes, we're looking for candidates who are really passionate about digital technology, solving problems and really thinking outside the box. For our data programmes we're looking for people who have a real interest in using data to solve problems, gain insights and make decisions. Look, overall, we're looking for people who really can communicate clearly, present ideas and analysis, can manage competing priorities, and can work collaboratively as a team player.
