Your role:
The Industrial Relations Team provides strategic and operational advice and support to the department in the key areas of the management and resolution of industrial issues, the negotiation of employment conditions including enterprise bargaining, advocacy in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, and union consultation and dispute management.
The Graduate, Employee Relations will learn to provide industrial relations advice and operational support across the Department of Transport and Main Roads. You will be provided with a combination of formal training and practical experience, under the supervision of senior members of the Industrial Relations team. Your first rotation in TMR will be for 12 months with this team.
