The best thing about working at TMR are the hours and the flexibility. It enables me to have a work-life balance and actually spend time outside of the office.
The people are friendly and incredibly supportive and encourage you to ask questions as much as possible.
The amount of opportunities there are - I'm going from CSB to MSQ, which is such a cool chance.
I really like the Graduate program training they offer to us graduates. I am also interested in more internal face-to-face and online training.
The flexibility TMR provides is amazing.
Promotions and career progression are very slow.
Lots of red tape and approvals required before applying changes to a technical environment which can slow productivity.
There is not a lot of work for someone in my role in this team, so the work I am involved in does not match the work of my role.
There are no other TMR grads in my team and it's easy to feel pretty disconnected.
The company's office is in an inconvenient place where commuting can be a challenge.
