We are recruiting graduates for the following streams:
Graduates will be placed in an ongoing role and will undertake a 9 month development program. Graduates will participate in on-the-job training specific to their role which will continue to build their analytical, conceptual and critical thinking, while enhancing their statistical capability. This is supplemented by a structured training program; a mixture of virtual, self-paced and group learning activities.
You will also undertake a graduate project (in small groups) with each project sponsored by a Director or Senior Executive Service member. They will present their project work to our Senior Executives, sponsors and stakeholders at the end of the Graduate Development Program.
What we offer
There is some coding (Python), but my day to day responsibilities are mostly about designing processes and systems around data. There is also quite a bit of manual work that is not so enjoyable (usually in Excel or SAS)
I work in an agile team completing programming and devops tasks, with the occasional word or PowerPoint document thrown in.
Day to day, I get to work on super interesting projects, data and tasks and with supportive and friendly people.
